Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

My passion for capturing the light I saw around me on film began when I was in college. I still have that passion today, 40 years later. Probably because I am also an architect, I'm drawn to simple graphic images and vibrant colors. If I am moved by a scene in front of me, I think it will move others and I seek to capture what I feel in a photograph. I find that using a digital camera means, I often make minor image adjustments to recreate the same feeling I had when I took the photograph. My joy in photography is not only the emotion I feel when I take photographs, but also the response I get from others who view my images.
