Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Tucked within the winding streets of Pasadena is home to the Huntington Library and Botanical Gardens. This Japanese Style Garden includes all the traditional symbols including water, rocks, a bridge, stone lantern, and pavilion to view the gardens.
I am a full-time freelance photographer based out of Los Angeles, specializing in landscapes and nature. I am also the staff photographer at the Los Angeles Zoo and my photography can be seen regularly published in the Zoo Magazine, website and various other marketing materials. With a background in animal behavior and marine biology from UCLA, I had always envisioned myself as a Professor teaching and conducting research, but instead I opted to take a leap of faith and pursue my passion for photography.
